As per checking there is no email verification. Also additional the app installation they cannot reinstall and unsinstall the app just to get point. If the app was already installed the button should be disabled and cannot be reinstall again. If ever they reinstall it they cannot get the points. Because it will affect the application on playstore rating if the apps are frequently installed and uninstalled.
